WholeResale.com is an independent, information-only website about the resale side of real estate investing: buying a property below market value (often from a wholesaler or motivated seller) and reselling it at market value after a cleanup, renovation or hold period.

We publish plain-language guides, worked examples and free browser-based calculators. Everything on the site is general education.

Who it is for

New and part-time investors who want to understand resale math before they risk money, and homeowners curious about how investors value properties.

What we do not do

We do not buy, sell, list or broker properties, and we do not publish deal lists.
We are not a licensed real estate broker or agent, lender, attorney or financial adviser.
